- Optimal length: Keep inputs under 10 000 words for best speed (Product Docs, 2024).
- Language support: English only; multilingual roadmap Q4 2024 (Product Roadmap, 2024).
- Security: Processing complies with ISO/IEC 27001 controls (ISO, 2022).
What is the Meeting Summary Generator?
The generator is an AI service that extracts key points, decisions, and tasks from raw meeting text, then formats them into a shareable brief (Lin et al., 2021).
How does the AI pick the important parts?
It scores sentences for salience using transformer-based embeddings and selects the highest-ranking chunks before rewriting them into bullet points (Gokulakrishnan et al., 2023).
Can I edit the generated summary?
Yes. The output appears as regular text; you can tweak it directly before sharing or archiving.
What if my notes exceed 10 000 words?
Split the transcript into sections and run them separately; this keeps processing fast and avoids server timeouts (AWS Best Practices, 2023).
Is my data stored after processing?
No. Notes are purged immediately once the summary is returned, fulfilling GDPR Article 5 data-minimisation rules (EU GDPR, 2023).
Which browsers work best?
Current versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox support the required clipboard and fetch APIs (MDN Web Docs, 2024).
Does the tool support audio uploads?
Not yet. Convert recordings to text with a speech-to-text service, then paste the transcript here (Google Cloud Speech, 2024).
